建立了植物油中43种环境污染物的气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品用2次正己烷-乙腈液液萃取后,浓缩定容,经HP-5MS石英毛细管气相色谱柱(30 m×0.25mm×0.25μm)分离,利用MS/MS的多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量。结果表明本方法可对植物油中的23种多环芳烃、3种烷基酚、17种邻苯二甲酸酯共计43种环境污染物进行分析,在(1~100)μg/L质量浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数为(0.9956~1.000);43种目标化合物的检出限(S/N=3)为(0.3~6.0)μg/kg;43种环境污染物在3个不同的添加水平上,加标回收率在70.0%~106.5%之间,相对标准偏均小于10%。该方法具有简单、快速、准确性高、检出限低的优势,能够满足大批量样品快速灵敏检测的要求。
Gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) analysis was established for 43 kinds of environmental pollutants in vegetable oil. The sample was extracted with 2 × n-hexane-acetonitrile liquid and concentrated.
