文章针对电网工程建设项目计划制定和控制问题,讨论了为求完成计划的最短工期问题和资源均衡消耗问题。对于这两类问题,文章基于传统PERT网络计划,给出了主导线路概念和关键度的概念,并结合实例确定了关键线路的方法,同时对施工总进度及进行完工概率等问题进行分析,并设计了相应的算法过程,提出一种施工资源均衡优化的细菌觅食算法。实例模拟计算表明,利用此算法可求得工期更短、均衡性更优化的施工过程。
In this paper, aiming at the planning and control of power grid construction projects, the paper discusses the shortest construction period and balanced resource consumption in order to complete the project. For these two kinds of problems, based on the traditional PERT network plan, the article gives the concept of the dominant route and the key degree, and combines the examples to determine the key routes. At the same time, the problems such as the total construction progress and the completion probability are analyzed. The corresponding algorithm process is designed and a kind of bacterial foraging algorithm with balanced construction resources is proposed. Simulation results show that this algorithm can be used to obtain a shorter construction period and a more balanced construction process.
