为克服课堂教学质量评价工作中的主观随意性,根据不同课程类型及全员、全方位评教的原则设计了评价教师教学质量的指标.由模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确立了评价指标权重,建立了教师教学质量的模糊综合评价的数学模型.系统试用结果表明,该模型能科学、客观、公正、准确地定出被评价者的教学质量优劣.同时,开发了教师教学质量的网上模糊评价系统.
In order to overcome the subjective randomness in the evaluation of classroom teaching quality, an index to evaluate teachers’ teaching quality is designed according to the different types of courses and the principles of full-scale and comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) The mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of teacher’s teaching quality is established.The results of the system trial show that this model can determine the quality of teaching quality of the evaluators scientifically, objectively, fairly and accurately.At the same time, the online fuzzy teaching quality of teachers is developed evaluation system.
