由中国地方志指导小组办公室、《中国地方志》编辑部主办,广西地方志办公室、广西地方志协会承办的2011年新方志论坛于2011年11月17～21日在广西南宁举行。收到论文45篇,有28人在大会作主题发言。围绕“方志文化.改革开放”的会议主题,与会代表各抒己见,建言献策,在方志文化建设、地方志事业可持续发展等一些重大问题上取得共识,提出不少建设性意见和建议。现将主题发言的主要观点综述如下。
The 2011 Local Records Forum hosted by China Local Records Guidance Group Office, China Local History Press, Guangxi Local Records Office and Guangxi Local Records Association was held in Nanning, Guangxi from November 17 to November 2011. 45 papers have been received and 28 people have made keynote speeches in the conference. Around the theme of “Local Culture, Reform and Opening-up,” the participants expressed their views on each other and gave suggestions and suggestions, reached consensus on some major issues such as the construction of local culture and the sustainable development of local history, and put forward many constructive suggestions and suggestions. The main points of the keynote speeches are summarized below.
