笔者通过对山西烟草用工分配制度改革的整体框架设计、路径选择、主要措施等进行研究和分析,旨在总结符合烟草企业实际的用工分配制度改革模式,探索适应行业发展趋势的人力资源管理方法。
Through the research and analysis of the overall framework design, route selection and main measures of Shanxi tobacco employment distribution system reform, the author aims to summarize the reform mode of employment distribution system that is in line with the actual tobacco industry and explore the human resources management methods that suit the development trend of the industry.
