山东农学院于一九七六年开始进行果树胚乳培养工作,现已在葡萄等八种果树上诱导出胚乳愈伤组织。在葡萄上获得两个小植株,其中一株具有2枚子叶,10个真叶和较发达的根系,植株生长正常。在苹果、杏和枣可以明显地看出,不定芽是从子叶部位长出外,其他分化的植株,不定芽或胚状体起源正在进行细胞分析鉴定。 Shandong Agricultural College started fruit-pulp endosperm cultivation in 1976 and has now induced endosperm callus on eight fruit trees such as grapes. Two small plants were obtained on grapes, one of them having 2 cotyledons, 10 true leaves and a more developed root system, and the plants grew normally. Apples, apricots and dates clearly show that adventitious buds grow out of cotyledons and that other differentiated plants, adventitious buds or embryoid bodies are undergoing cell analysis and identification.
