高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,高职教育有其独特的职业化特点,以职业导向为依托,培养学生的实践操作技能。与此同时,高职学生的心理需求在这种环境的影响下存在正反两方面的差异。因此,在教学活动中,教师要加强对学生心理活动的了解,对学生遇到的心理问题要及时予以沟通和解决,调节学生的心理障碍,全面培养学生的综合能力和职业素养,更好的实现高职教育的目的。本文分析了高职教育特点与心理学教学的职业差异性,重点分析了以职业为导向的心理学教学的教学方法。
