一、A2钢表面缺陷分析 1.表面缺陷碱性平炉冶炼的A2钢(炉缶号839784)轧成1.2mm厚的钢板,在成品表面曾发现大面积由灰白色点状和条状物组成的缺陷。我们用电子探针对缺陷进行了全面分析。 2.取样和分析条件在板材表面缺陷严重处取4块金相样,其中2块直接在表面抛光,2块在横截面抛光。进行金相观察和电子探针分析。对氧元素的测定,加速电压10kV,100nA;对其它元素选用20kV,15nA,电子束直径2μm,测定结果经ZAF法进行定量计算。 3.分析结果在二块表面金相样品上,可明显看出,板材基体上有大量的氧化铁皮,在铁皮的上面有单独存在的SiO_2,但大部分为深灰色的
