中小型水电站水轮机安装的重点和难点是锥管、座环和蜗壳安装的质量控制,安装偏差直接影响到水轮机组轴线的误差。安装质量控制方法多种多样,本文从实际应用的角度,介绍了一种比较实用的安装质量控制方法,经实践证明,安装质量完全满足设计要求。
The key and difficult point of the turbine installation in small and medium-sized hydropower stations is the quality control of the conical pipe, seat ring and volute installation, and the installation deviation directly affects the error of the turbine unit axis.
