用5个不同剂量的~(60)C_0γ射线辐照国光苹果后,低温(4℃±1℃)贮藏,定期记载各处理和对照组的烂果率.分三个时期测定了8项生化指标,并对比分析了这些指标变化的机理及其生理意义.试验结果表明,各辐照组的烂果率比对照都明显降低;从生化指标的对比分析中看到,国光苹果的最佳辐照剂量为50—70Krad.
After being irradiated with ~ (60) C 0 γ ray at different doses, the low light temperature (4 ℃ ± 1 ℃) was used to record the rotten fruit rate of each treatment group and the control group. Eight biochemical indexes , And compared the mechanism of the change of these indexes and their physiological significance.The results showed that the rotten fruit rate of each irradiation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.From the comparative analysis of biochemical indexes, The dose is 50-70 Krad.
