由省贸促会和省企业家科学家协会联合主办的黑龙江企业与中部非洲经济合作论坛暨项目洽谈会，于２００１年１２月１０日至１１日在哈尔滨友谊宫召开，会议气氛热烈，合作洽谈活跃，取得了圆满成功。这次会议，是我省首次举办对非洲国家的经济合作论坛，又恰逢中国加入WTO生效之 Held jointly by the Provincial CCPIT and the Provincial Association of Entrepreneurs and Scientists, the Heilongjiang Enterprise and Central African Economic Cooperation Forum and the Project Fair were held at the Friendship Palace in Harbin from December 10 to 11, 2001. The atmosphere for the conference was warm and the cooperation was actively negotiated. A great success This meeting is the first time for our province to hold an economic cooperation forum for African countries and coincides with the entry into force of China’s WTO accession
