2008年下半年,由美国次贷危机引发的金融危机迅速席卷全球,一时间,经济大幅下滑,失业率骤然上升,人们的收入和生活水平急剧下降,很多世界级的大型银行、企业纷纷倒闭或者濒临破产。这场危机在给实体经济带来严重冲击的同时,对国内外传媒产业也带来了很大的负面效应,很多国际知名的传媒集团效益下降,众多著名的报纸、杂志停刊。由于特定的国情和市场运行环境,中国传媒产业受金融危机的危害要小一些,但是,这次金融危机对我国出版业的冲击不可小觑。当前,世界经济正在企稳向好,逐步走出金融危机的阴影,迈入后金融危机时代,这场危机所带给人们正反两方面的思考是长远的,它促使我们冷静地思索今后出版业的发展方向,并制定正确的发展战略。一年前经济危机刚爆发时,我们对危机给出版业造成的影响的认识是贫乏、肤浅的,现在则是丰富多了、深刻多了。为此,本刊特别邀请了中国出版集团公司总裁聂震宁,北京大学新闻传播学院教授、博士生导师谢新洲和中国人民大学新闻学院教授、博士生导师、中国人民大学出版社总编辑周蔚华等专家就我国出版产业如何应对金融危机发表自己的研究成果,以飨读者。

The long-term thinking of both positive and negative aspects of the crisis has prompted us to calmly think about the future of publishing Develop direction and formulate the correct development strategy. Just a year ago when the economic crisis broke out, our understanding of the impact of the crisis on the publishing industry was poor and superficial. Now it is richer and more profound.
