根据本研究第Ⅰ报的研究结果,本文提出了估算性状间遗传协方差和遗传相关系数的五种方法,即F_2P法(利用亲本和F_2代资料)、F_3P法(利用亲本和F_3代资料)、F_2F_3法(利用F_2、F_3代资料)、F_2F_3P法(利用亲本和F_2、F_3代资料)及方差-协方差分析法,並给出了这些估计的理论值。以三个小麦杂交后代群体资料为例,用这些方法估算了若干性状间的遗传相关。F_2F_3P法是狭义遗传相关的无偏估计,而其余四种方法中,从估计的精确性、试验工作量及统计检验方法等方面综合比较,以方差-协方差分析法为优。
According to the results reported in the first report of this study, five methods for estimating genetic covariance and genetic correlation among traits were proposed, namely F_2P method (using parents and F_2 generation), F_3P method (using parents and F_3 generation) , F_2F_3 method (using F_2, F_3 generation), F_2F_3P method (using parents and F_2, F_3 generation data) and variance-covariance analysis, and gave the theoretical values of these estimates. Taking the population data of three hybrids of wheat as an example, the genetic correlation among several traits was estimated by these methods. The F_2F_3P method is a narrow genetic related unbiased estimation, while the other four methods, from the accuracy of the test, test workload and statistical test methods and other aspects of comprehensive comparison, variance-covariance analysis method is excellent.
