目前,我国各级医院的实验室内医学的检验质量和室内的质检成绩都已列入等级医院的一个评审的重要指标考核。二级或者二级以上的医院已经将医学质检的管理和医学之间的控制提升到了一个重要的平台,从而形成了制度化、系统化和规范化,这样有效的保障了医疗安全以及医疗的质量,其主要了解和记录了质检的管理现状与控制的范围情况。从而进一步总结了基层医院临床控制管理和检验科质量分析的体会,得到了如下的有关汇报。
