一、计算机部分飞剪的最佳剪切控制就是由计算机进行自动设定剪切参数的控制。采用乱尺剪切时,改变一部分钢坯的剪切长度来吸收钢坯延伸长的变动量,借以提高剪切的钢坯进入允许定尺范围的比例。这就是飞剪最佳剪切的目的。最佳剪切系统采用DDC控制。上位机是H 80进行剪切参数计算设定,下位机是H04E进行剪切控制。也就是说,H80给出剪切参数指令,由电气分管的H04E型PLC完成剪切长度的测量和比较,以及剪切根数的记忆判断,向可控硅调速系统发出剪切的起动指令(图1)。飞剪的计算机控制系统中有自学习系统,通过静态剪切控制和动态剪切控
