手机电视、手机上网等业务的市场推广状况并不理想,移动运营商可以从降低资费、简化操作、提高质量等方面入手改善现状。Ovum咨询公司最近对全球12个国家的移动用户在移动业务方面的使用特性进行了调查。这12个国家包括法国、德国、意大利、荷兰、西班牙、英国、美国、澳大利亚、中国、日本、韩国、新加坡等。根据调查结果,Ovum认为,尽管现有的移动应用非常丰富,但是用户对于很多新业务的认知和使用程度并不高,移动运营商下一步需要解决资费昂贵、使用不方便等方面的问题。
Mobile TV, mobile Internet business such as marketing is not ideal, mobile operators can reduce tariffs, simplify operations, improve quality and other aspects to improve the status quo. Ovum Consulting recently conducted a survey of mobile users’ usage characteristics in 12 countries around the world. The 12 countries include France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and others. According to the survey, Ovum believes that despite the richness of existing mobile applications, users are not aware of and used much of the new services. Mobile operators need to solve the problems of high cost and inconvenient access.
