为探讨雌激素受体(AR)mRNA基因在喉鳞状细胞发展中的作用,应用Northern杂交技术,以及喉癌组织的总RNA分离、激光扫描等方法,观察、分析、检测了AR基因在喉鳞状细胞组织中,以及癌旁正常组织中表达及意义。结果显示,27例喉癌组织中及6例癌旁正常组织中均存在AN,且喉癌组织中ARmRNA基因的表达水平明显高于癌旁正常组织,通常情况下在癌旁正常组织中ARmRNA基因处于一种低表达状态,而喉癌组织中的ARmRNA基因则发生改变。从而在分子水平上进一步证实了在喉癌组织中及癌旁正常组织中,不但存在AR,而且两者ARmRNA基因表达有明显差异,提示AN基因可能在控制喉癌组织生长方面起重要作用。
To investigate the role of estrogen receptor (AR) mRNA in the development of laryngeal squamous cells, Northern blotting and laser scanning were used to detect the expression of AR gene in laryngeal squamous cells Squamous cell tissue, and adjacent normal tissue expression and significance. The results showed that there were AN in 27 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 6 cases of adjacent normal tissues, and the expression of AR mRNA in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues. Thus further evidence at the molecular level in laryngeal cancer and adjacent normal tissue, not only the presence of AR, and AR mRNA expression was significantly different between the two, suggesting that AN gene may play an important role in the control of laryngeal cancer tissue growth.
