从根本上解决土地财政问题,必须改变单纯依靠土地出让金和房地产交易环节税收为主要收入的地方财政现状,物业税或是最好的途径选择房地产泡沫破裂、交易量急剧萎缩导致了一个显著的间接后果,就是使一些地方政府财政收入锐减,甚至陷入了严重困境。《中国投资》采访的多位权威专家均认为,解决“土地财政”问题的治本之策,必须加快财税体制改革,改变我国多年来形成的不合理分税制。
