目的 :了解黄芪毛状根的药理作用。方法 :口服给药 ,观察黄芪毛状根对D 半乳糖所致衰老小鼠记忆力的影响及抗氧化作用 ;制备大鼠肾缺血再灌注模型 ,测定黄芪毛状根对肾组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响 ;测定环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠口服黄芪毛状根后NK细胞活性。结果 :黄芪毛状根能改善衰老小鼠记忆力 ,提高脑、肝组织SOD活性 ,降低肝脏MDA含量 ;能降低缺血再灌注大鼠肾MDA含量及血肌酐浓度 ;能提高免疫功能低下小鼠NK细胞活性。结论 :与天然黄芪相似 ,黄芪毛状根具有抗衰老、抗过氧化及免疫调节作用。
Objective: To understand the pharmacological effects of hairy roots of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. METHODS: Oral administration was used to observe the effects of hairy roots of Astragalus membranaceus on the memory of aging mice induced by D-galactose and its antioxidation effect. Rat kidney ischemia-reperfusion model was established to determine the superoxide dismutation of kidney tissue by hairy roots of Astragalus membranaceus. Effects of enzyme (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content; Determination of NK cell activity after oral administration of hairy roots of Astragalus membranaceus in immunocompromised mice induced by cyclophosphamide. Results: Hairy root of Astragalus membranaceus could improve the memory of aging mice, increase the activity of SOD in brain and liver, and decrease the content of MDA in liver. It can reduce the content of MDA and serum creatinine in rat kidney after ischemia and reperfusion; Cell activity. Conclusion : Similar to natural yellow peony, hairy root of Astragalus has anti-aging, anti-peroxidation and immunomodulatory effects.
