目的探讨静脉留置针插大鼠股动脉建立有创监测血压模型的实验方法。方法采用15只SD大鼠,运用静脉留置针进行大鼠左侧股动脉插入术,通过导管连接生物血压传感器和电脑的相关设备,显示出大鼠的即时血压数据及血压变化时转换成波形的电信号,从而建成有创股动脉监测血压模型。结果 13只大鼠成功建立有创监测血压模型。结论用静脉留置针插入术进行大鼠左侧股动脉建立有创监测血压动脉模型的方法是可行的,具有重复性好、稳定、安全、简单、实用的特点,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To investigate the experimental method of establishing an invasive monitoring blood pressure model by intravenous catheterization of rat femoral artery. Methods Fifteen SD rats were treated with venous indwelling needle for the left femoral artery. The catheter was used to connect the biometric blood pressure sensor and the computer, which showed that the instantaneous blood pressure data of the rats and the change of the blood pressure into the waveform Electrical signals, thus creating a femoral artery monitoring blood pressure model. Results Thirteen rats successfully established invasive monitoring blood pressure model. Conclusion Intravenous catheterization of the left femoral artery in the establishment of invasive monitoring blood pressure arterial model is feasible, with good repeatability, stable, safe, simple and practical features, with some promotional value.
