本文应用德国产的RenoaxRⅡ型微量血糖测定仪及相应的试纸,取足跟部毛细血管血检测血糖,对兰州地区143例正常足月新生儿分别于生后12,小时内、24小时、72小时测定了空腹血糖。经统计学处理分析,结果表明血糖值随口龄增大增大而增高,12小时内血糖值为2.33±0.82,24小时为2.64±0.72,72小时为3.29±1.07。经相关分析示血糖值与性别无相关性,但与胎龄、日龄有正相关性。为了防止新生儿高低血糖的发生和发展,动态监测血糖,及时纠正,减少残疾儿的发生具有非常重要的意义。应提倡早开奶,按需哺乳。本研究提供了新生儿初期不同日龄微量血糖的正常参考数据。
