测量粘度大、压力高、比重大、易结晶介质的压力,用一般隔离罐的方法是不行的。我厂尿素生产中,合成塔内的介质主要成份有尿液和甲铵液,比重为1.2,压力为200kg/cm~2,而且90℃左右就要结晶,在开工后曾采用过两种隔离方法,如图所示:第一种方法(图一):隔离液在隔离罐上部,其比重小于被测介质。应用这种方法测量,在停车时,介质不能返回设备,而在罐内结晶。有时介质和隔离液又会全部进入设备内(在被测压力发生变化时也会发生同样现象)。
