当前,在世界上的一些国家中结核病的发病率和流行病学发生了很大的变化。其特点是青年人发病率下降,老年人上升,尤其老年男性更为显著。美国1977年所报道的不同年龄组的发病率分别为25～44岁(13.8/13万),45～64岁(23.6/10万),65岁以上(34.9/10万)。类似年龄相关性亦见于其它经济发达的国家。
At present, the incidence and epidemiology of tuberculosis have changed dramatically in some countries of the world. It is characterized by a decrease in the incidence of young people, an increase in the elderly, especially in older men. The incidence of different age groups reported in the United States in 1977 were 25-44 (13.8 / 130,000), 45-64 (23.6 / 100,000), and over 65 (34.9 / 100,000) respectively. Similar age-related also found in other economically developed countries.
