以16MnR钢材料为研究对象,采用一种新型的用于降低焊接残余应力的热焊工艺方法对其进行焊接,通过小盲孔法测定各焊接试板的焊接残余应力。与普通焊接后的试板进行比较得出,热焊工艺对16MnR钢焊后的残余应力降低效果明显,同时不同热焊工艺参数对焊接残余应力的影响不同。
Taking 16MnR steel as the research object, a new type of welding process was adopted to reduce the welding residual stress and the welding residual stress was measured by the small blind method. Compared with the normal welding test plate, the results show that the hot welding process has obvious effect on the residual stress reduction of the 16MnR steel after welding, and the influence of different hot welding process parameters on the welding residual stress is different.
