[目的]研究降雨量对云南相似海拔地区烤烟烟碱和总氮含量及施木克值的影响。[方法]在6个海拔相似且大田期降雨量不同的烤烟种植点,采用相对规范的栽培和烘烤技术,对相同品种K326分部位挂牌,取初烤烟叶样品,分析烟碱含量、总氮含量及施木克值与降雨量的相关性。[结果]降雨量与烤烟烟碱含量、总氮含量和施木克值三者存在明显的负相关关系。在样本中,相对合理的施木克平衡比值出现在152~210 mm降水范围,降雨量递增导致的辐射量递减,可能引起辐射诱导烟碱合成作用减弱。关于与以上降雨量范围相似的烤烟种植区是否为优质烤烟产区这一推测,值得进一步进行系统研究。[结论]该研究可为烤烟种植区划和卷烟叶合理配置工作提供相关依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of rainfall on nicotine and total nitrogen content and fumigation value of flue-cured tobacco at similar altitudes in Yunnan. [Method] Six flue-cured tobacco planting sites with similar rainfall at different altitudes were used to cultivate and flue-cured tobacco at different growing stages. Relatively standardized cultivation and baking techniques were used to list K326 sub-locus of the same variety. Samples of flue- Correlation between content and application value of wood and rainfall. [Result] There was a significant negative correlation between rainfall and the nicotine content, total nitrogen content and wood application value in flue-cured tobacco. In the sample, the relative reasonable proportion of Schmidt equilibrium appears in the precipitation range of 152-210 mm, and the decreasing of the amount of radiation caused by increasing rainfall may cause the radiation-induced nicotine synthesis to weaken. The speculation about whether the flue-cured tobacco growing areas with similar rainfall ranges are good flue-cured tobacco production areas is worth further systematic research. [Conclusion] This research could provide the basis for the flue-cured tobacco planting zoning and the rational allocation of tobacco leaves.
