由于使用营养液提供完全营养,无土栽培蔬菜较传统栽培方法具有产量高、品质好等优点,而营养液配方是影响蔬菜的生长过程及最终产量及品质的重要因素之一。该试验以菠菜为试材,采用人工光环境条件下水培试验,比较了0.8倍Hogland、日本山崎、日本园试、华南农大叶菜A等4个叶菜类常用营养液配方对菠菜品质、生物量动态的影响。结果表明:0.8倍Hogland配方地上鲜重最大,华南农大叶菜A最小;地下鲜重日本山崎配方最大,华南农大叶菜A最小;日本园试配方菠菜的硝酸盐含量较低,可溶性糖、维生素C含量均为最高,生物量也较大;日本山崎配方的营养元素利用效率最高采用主成分分析法对多指标进行综合评判,日本园试配方得分最高,是4种配方中适宜菠菜水培的营养液配方。
Due to the use of nutrient solution to provide complete nutrition, soilless culture vegetables have the advantages of high yield and good quality as compared with traditional cultivation methods. Nutrient solution formulation is one of the important factors that affect the growth process and the final yield and quality of vegetables. In this experiment, spinach was used as the test material to test the hydroponics under artificial light environment conditions. The four nutrient solutions commonly used in leafy vegetables such as Hogland, Japanese Yamazaki, Japanese garden test, Dynamic impact. The results showed that: the fresh weight of 0.8x Hogland was the highest on the ground, while the minimum of A was the lowest in South China. The fresh weight of Japanese Yamazaki was the largest, while that of South China Agricultural was the smallest. The Japanese spinach had lower nitrate content, soluble sugar and vitamin C content is the highest, the biomass is also greater; Japan’s Yamasaki formula the highest utilization of nutrient elements using the principle component analysis of comprehensive evaluation of multiple indicators, Japan Park test formula highest score, is the four formulations suitable for hydroponic spinach Nutritional formula.
