教风、学风、考风是一个学校全体师生员工在追求共同目标时长期努力而形成并反过来影响自身言行的一种有特色的、具有典型意义的学校风格。通过明确教风观测点和指标,设计出科学、全面的调查问卷,真实、客观而全面地掌控高校的教风状况,进而思考一些转变高校教风的问题,是件有价值、有意义的工作。“,”The School Spirit ,Study Atmosphere and Test Attitude is a typical sense of school style formed during the pursuit of the common goal and long-term efforts. It in turn affects the characteristics of their own words and actions. By explicit the observation points and indicators, the author designed scientific and comprehensive questionnaire to get the real, objective and comprehensive control of college teaching style, and then think about problems in changing universities’s teaching style , which is a valuable and meaningful work .
