用弹塑性有限元对不锈钢球壳液压胀形过程进行了数值模拟。给出了胀形过程中壳体外形和焊缝变化规律,分析了应力应变及残余应力分布规律,并与试验结果进行了比较。
The elasto-plastic finite element method is used to simulate the process of hydraulic bulging of stainless steel spherical shell. The regularity of casing shape and weld seam during bulging is given. The distribution of stress and strain and residual stress are analyzed and compared with the experimental results.
