通过单轴受压试验,研究试件的钢纤维体积率、形状效应以及尺寸效应对钢纤维超高性能混凝土抗压性能、破坏形态和弹性模量的影响。同时,由应变片测得了钢纤维超高性能混凝土的弹性模量等材料力学性能参数。试验结果表明:试件的钢纤维体积率、形状效应以及尺寸效应对钢纤维超高性能混凝土的抗压性能均有重要影响。其中抗压强度试验结果表明:钢纤维体积率2.0%的试件的抗压强度约为钢纤维体积率1.5%的1.5倍;高径比1的试件的抗压强度约为高径比4的1.5倍;钢纤维超高性能混凝土抗压强度尺寸效应换算系数较对照组小,表明钢纤维超高性能混凝土试件的形状效应和尺寸效应现象更为显著;弹性模量为不敏感的材料参数。
Through the uniaxial compression test, the influence of the steel fiber volume fraction, shape effect and size effect on the compressive properties, failure modes and elastic modulus of the steel fiber ultrahigh performance concrete were studied. At the same time, the mechanical properties of materials such as the elastic modulus of steel fiber super high performance concrete were measured by strain gauges. The experimental results show that the volume fraction, shape effect and size effect of the steel fiber have significant influence on the compressive properties of the steel fiber ultrahigh performance concrete. Compressive strength test results show that: the compressive strength of steel fiber volume fraction of 2.0% of the specimen is about 1.5 times the steel fiber volume fraction of 1.5%; the compressive strength of the specimen with a height-diameter ratio of about 1 is about 4 1.5 times higher than that of the control group. The conversion factor of size effect of compressive strength of SFRC is smaller than that of the control group, which indicates that the shape effect and size effect of SFRC specimens are more remarkable. The elastic modulus is insensitive parameter.
