以九甜粱1号茎秆为试材,在2007年茎秆收获后贮存近7个月的过程中分4个时期进行了乙醇提取实验。结果表明,甜高粱茎秆在贮存过程中,粗乙醇的提取率随茎秆水分、有效糖分的减少和纯度的下降而递减,虽然较鲜秆分别下降了1.02%、2.67%、3.25%,但能够有效延长北方地区甜高粱茎秆的加工期。为确定吉林地区的合理加工时期与最大加工时限提供了参考。
Nine sweet sorghum stalks were used as experimental materials, and ethanol extraction experiments were conducted in four stages during the storage of stalks for nearly seven months in 2007. The results showed that during the storage of sweet sorghum stalks, the extraction rate of crude ethanol decreased with the decrease of stalk moisture, effective sugar and purity, although the fresh stalks decreased by 1.02%, 2.67% and 3.25% respectively Can effectively extend the processing period of sweet sorghum stalks in northern China. It provides a reference for determining the reasonable processing time and the maximum processing time in Jilin area.
