CRH1A-250型高速列车转向架构架主要焊缝都是采用机器人焊接工作站完成。在前期试验及生产中,出现了多例气孔缺陷,文中研究了气孔缺陷产生的原因,并提出了解决方案。
CRH1A-250 high-speed train bogie frame welding seam are mainly used to complete the work station. In the early stage of experiment and production, many cases of stomatal defects appeared. In this paper, the causes of stomatal defects were studied and the solutions were put forward.
