金黄地鼠卵子的冷冻及临床应用

目的 用冷冻金黄地鼠卵子替代新鲜金黄地鼠卵子做穿卵实验 ,并应用于临床。方法 先将金黄地鼠卵子进行冷冻 ,再通过解冻观察其卵子复苏率。将复苏后卵子进行金黄地鼠穿卵试验 ,观察穿透率和受精指数。结果 观察31 9个冷冻卵子 ,平均复苏率 95 .2 9%。金黄地鼠穿卵试验 :新鲜金黄地鼠卵子 37个 ,穿透率为 4 3.2 4 % ,受精指数 0 .73。冷冻金黄地鼠卵子 2 7个 ,穿透率为 5 0 .0 % ,受精指数 0 .5 0。冷冻金黄地鼠卵子与新鲜金黄地鼠卵子在穿透率和受精指数上无明显差异。结论 冷冻金黄地鼠卵子完全可以替代新鲜金黄地鼠卵子做穿卵试验 ,并应用于临床。 Objective To use frozen golden hamster egg instead of fresh golden hamster ovum to do the egg-penetrating experiment and apply it to clinic. Methods The golden hamster ovum was frozen first, and then its egg recovery rate was observed by thawing. After the recovery of the egg golden hamster ovulation test, observe the penetration rate and fertilization index. Results 319 frozen eggs were observed with an average recovery rate of 95.29%. Golden hamster wearing eggs: fresh golden hamster ovum 37, the penetration rate of 4 3.2 4%, fertilization index 0.73. Frozen golden hamster eggs 27, the penetration rate of 50.0%, fertilization index 0.55. Frozen golden hamster ovum and fresh golden hamster ovum in the penetration rate and fertilization index no significant difference. Conclusion The frozen golden hamster ovum can completely replace the fresh golden hamster ovum so that it can be applied to clinic.
