Apatite joint production company’s Salims open pit mine is located in the mountains around the Salim Basin. The surrounding mountains hamper the natural ventilation of opencast mines. Open pit design depth of 240 meters. The main source of air pollution is the open pit mine transport. Each class uses 12 to 40 -548 cars.
