2011年12月12日,因以办“社保”为名诈骗事实,王雪娇被北京市第二中级人民法院依法判处无期徒刑,剥夺政治权利终身,没收个人全部财产;陈冬生被处有期徒刑12年;其他6人分别处以4～12年的有期徒刑。
On December 12, 2011, Wang Xuejiao was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Second Intermediate People’s Court of Beijing for depriving her of political rights for life and confiscating all personal property for the fact of fraud in the name of “social security”. Chen Dongsheng was sentenced to 12 years’ imprisonment. Year; the other six were sentenced to 4 to 12 years in prison.
