针对当前建筑企业经营绩效评价的客观性不足,将灰关联理论引入到模糊综合评价的环节当中,用其来确定评价因素的隶属度,构建了改进的建筑企业经营绩效模糊综合评价模型,改进了评价的方法和流程。利用改进的评价方法对天津三家建筑企业进行了实证分析,评价结果真实有效,验证了改进评价模型具有较强的科学性和适用性。
