目的优选超声法提取阿尔泰狗娃花多糖的提取工艺。方法超声提取阿尔泰狗娃花多糖,以阿尔泰狗娃花多糖的提取率为评价指标,先后通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间40min、提取温度50℃、超声功率140W、料液比1:40。工艺验证性试验RSD=0.65%,工艺放大实验RSD=0.95%。结论超声法用于阿尔泰狗娃花多糖的提取,省时、提取率高、经济、重现性好,值得进一步推广。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Polysaccharides from Altai puerpero polysaccharide by ultrasonic method. Methods The polysaccharide from Altai puerpera was extracted by ultrasound and the extraction rate of Altay dog puff polysaccharide was used as evaluation index. The extraction process was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. Results The optimum extraction conditions were: extraction time 40min, extraction temperature 50 ℃, ultrasonic power 140W, the ratio of material to liquid 1:40. Process validation test RSD = 0.65%, process amplification experiment RSD = 0.95%. Conclusion The ultrasonic method is used to extract the polysaccharides of Altai puerpera, which saves time, high extraction rate, good economy and good reproducibility. It is worth to be further popularized.
