目的:比较草珊瑚野生品与栽培品中异嗪皮啶含量。方法:HPLC法,采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(2080);流速1mL·min-1;柱温室温;检测波长342nm。野生品来源不同产地草珊瑚,人工栽培品来自林下套种2年半的草珊瑚。结果:异嗪皮啶线性良好,相关系数为0.9999;平均回收率(n=9)为98.19%,RSD1.59%。结论:野生草珊瑚与栽培草珊瑚中异嗪皮啶含量均符合药典规定。野生品含量略高于栽培品,野生品与栽培品HPLC色谱图有差异。
Objective: To compare the content of isoxanthine in wild and cultivated grass coral. Method: HPLC method, using Kromasil C18 column (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm); mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (2080); flow rate 1mL·min-1; column temperature room temperature; detection wavelength 342nm. The wild product originates from different habitats of grass corals, and the artificial cultivation comes from the grass coral that has been interplanted for 2 and a half years under the forest. RESULTS: The linearity of isoproterone was good, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The average recovery rate (n=9) was 98.19% and the RSD was 1.59%. Conclusion: The contents of iridazine in wild grass corals and cultivated grass corals are in accordance with Pharmacopoeia regulations. The wild product content was slightly higher than that of the cultivated product, and the HPLC chromatograms of the wild product and the cultivated product were different.
