为总结氯氮平临床经验,将氯氮平与氯丙嗪进行了临床对照研究,报告如下:1 资料来源与治疗方法将近3年来凡符合1984年黄山会议精神分裂症诊断标准者,年龄在18～50岁之间;且无严重躯体疾病;无癫痫病和药物过敏者,入院后处于兴奋躁动状态的病人,男36例,女4例分两组,每组20人,女性4人全在治疗组。治疗组为氯氮平,对照组为氯丙嗪。按递增法系统加量。药物剂量:氯丙嗪日高量400～600mg,平均500±72mg,氯氮平日高量400700mg,平均为540±100.36mg。两药效价为1.53:1(氯氮平:氯丙嗪)。

Two drugs titer of 1.53: 1 (clozapine: chlorpromazine).
