以6 Li、Sc、Ge、Y、In、Bi 6种元素作内标校正系统,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定地表水中的Be、Mg、Ca、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sb、Bs、Tl、Pb、Th、U 21种痕量元素,结果表明:各元素的线性系数均>0.999 5,方法检出限为0.006~0.738μg/L,标准样品的测定值均在标准范围内且RSD<4.22%,样品中各元素的加标回收率为95.0%~116.1%。
Six kinds of elements, 6 Li, Sc, Ge, Y, In and Bi, were used as internal standard calibration system. The contents of Be, Mg, Ca, V, Cr and Mn in surface water were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- Cu, Zn, As, Se, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sb, Bs, Tl, Pb, Th and U. The results showed that the linear coefficients of all the elements were> 0.999 5. The detection limits were 0.006 ~ 0.738μg / L. The standard values of the standard samples were within the standard range and the RSDs were less than 4.22%. The spiked recoveries of all the samples in the samples ranged from 95.0% to 116.1%.
