通过炭膜的孔径分布及SEM结果分析,研究探讨了原料煤的颗粒度对煤基炭膜孔结构性能的影响。结果表明,不同原料粒度制得的炭膜具有不同的外观形态和孔隙结构。原料的颗粒度越小、越均一,所制得的炭膜平均孔径越小,孔隙结构越发达。因此,通过调节原料粒度可制得具有不同孔径和分布的炭膜。
Through the analysis of the pore size distribution and the SEM results, the influence of the particle size of raw coal on the pore structure of coal-based carbon membranes was investigated. The results show that carbon films prepared by different raw materials have different appearances and pore structures. The smaller the particle size of the raw materials, the more homogeneous, the smaller the average pore size of the obtained carbon film, the more developed the pore structure. Therefore, by adjusting the particle size of raw materials can have different pore size and distribution of carbon film.
