工厂曾有一批LD5铝锻件(180多个),由于屈服强度低于技术条件标准而造成报废。为了查找原因,我们首先对材料进行了鉴定,从锻件上取样,分析化学成分和测定机械性能。试验结果表明材料是合格的。其次检查锻件的高低倍组织,从低倍组织看出锻件的锻造工艺是正常的,而在锻件的金相组织中发现有大量未溶解的强化相,这说明淬火加热温度可能太低。为此,在这一热处理炉次的锻件中再取机械性能试样,按照三种热处理规范(510℃
The factory had a number of LD5 aluminum forgings (more than 180), due to yield strength below the technical conditions caused by scrapped. In order to find out the reason, we first identified the material, sampled the forgings, analyzed the chemical composition and determined the mechanical properties. Test results show that the material is qualified. Second, check the forgings of high and low magnification organizations, from low magnification organizations forging forging process is normal, and found in the forgings of metallurgical structure of a large number of undissolved enhanced phase, indicating that the quenching temperature may be too low.
