基于ANSYS的桥机金属结构校核

针对起重机传统设计方法中存在的包括材料浪费等诸多问题,以160t-16m的桥式起重机为研究对象,以ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL为研究工具,参照相关图纸和结构数据,对桥式起重机主梁金属结构进行参数化建模并进行有限元分析,采用许用应力法对其进行校核,判断其是否满足强度、刚度、稳定性等使用要求。 Aiming at many problems existing in traditional design methods of cranes, including material waste and so on, a 160t-16m overhead traveling crane was taken as the research object. ANSYS parametric design language APDL was taken as a research tool. With reference to relevant drawings and structural data, The metal structure of the main girder is modeled parametrically and analyzed by finite element method. The allowable stress method is adopted to check the metal structure of the main girder to determine whether it meets the operating requirements of strength, rigidity and stability.
