23×7类钢丝绳是GB/T 8706—2006/ISO 17893:2004给出的标准结构类别的抗旋转钢丝绳,但未有对其性能做出明确规定的技术规范。结合世界钢丝绳生产技术强企资料,给出有代表意义的23×7类钢丝绳结构。假设钢丝绳捻距为无穷大,并将组绳股视为单根钢丝,经计算对比后得出:23×7类钢丝绳的破断拉力、抗旋转性能与35(W)×7类钢丝绳相当,明显优于18×7类钢丝绳;其内层股直径较大的结构特点使之相对35(W)×7类钢丝绳、18×7类钢丝绳抗冲击性能更强。将23×7类钢丝绳组绳外层捻制股换成压实股,从而形成23×K7类新的结构类别。
23 × 7 type wire rope is a standard structural category of anti-rotation wire rope given in GB / T 8706-2006 / ISO 17893: 2004, but did not make its performance specifications to be clearly defined. Combined with the world’s strong wire rope production technology information to give a representative meaning of 23 × 7 wire rope structure. It is assumed that the twisting distance of the wire rope is infinity, and the wire rope group is regarded as a single wire. Comparing results shows that: the breaking force of the 23 × 7 wire rope is equivalent to that of 35 (W) × 7 wire ropes The 18 × 7 type of steel wire rope; the inner diameter of the larger strands of structural characteristics relative to 35 (W) × 7 wire rope, 18 × 7 wire rope impact resistance stronger. The outer strands of the 23 × 7 rope group rope were replaced with compacted strands to form a new structural category of 23 × K7.
