近年我院诊治急性淋病性尿道炎30例,未婚20例占67％,夫妻3对,在押犯人1例。最小19岁,最大37岁。职工13人(含供销员3人)占43.3％,个体经商者10人占33.3％。另有一女婴出生三天患淋病性结膜炎,40天时来诊未包括在内。30例患者均有不洁性交史,其中夫妻3对,均由男方在外乱交后再感染妻子。临床表现:患者在不洁性交后2～8天内,尿道灼痛,流脓,14列伴尿频、尿急,5例病人有低热、全身 In recent years, our hospital diagnosed 30 cases of acute gonococcal urethritis, unmarried 20 cases accounted for 67%, 3 couples, 1 in custody.
