由于微腔放电推进器尺寸小、性能参数多,采用传统测试计量方法的开发周期长、成本高,提出了基于数据采集和LabVIEW软件平台的微腔放电推进器测试系统NI USB6221数据采集卡和流量、温度等传感器组成的硬件部分完成数据的采集。软件平台部分完成数据的显示、存储、查询和分析。该软件平台用于微腔放电结构射流装置,以射流长度为指标确定工质流量和压强、出口直径和极间距等参数的最优组合。实验表明,软件测试平台运行良好,图形化显示和数据存储量大的问题需要改进。
Due to the small size and many performance parameters of micro-cavity discharge thrusters, the long development cycle and high cost of traditional test and measurement methods are proposed. The micro-cavity discharge thruster test system based on data acquisition and LabVIEW software platform is proposed. The NI USB6221 data acquisition card and the flow rate , Temperature and other sensors to complete the hardware part of the data acquisition. Part of the software platform to complete the data display, storage, query and analysis. The software platform is used for jet device of micro-cavity discharge structure. The length of jet is an index to determine the optimal combination of working fluid flow and pressure, outlet diameter and electrode spacing. Experiments show that software testing platform running well, the graphical display and data storage problems need improvement.
