本文报道了在同一张制片上观察~(60)Coγ线低剂量(0~60rad)辐照人外周血淋巴细胞诱发染色体畸变和微核的实验研究结果。各剂量组细胞染色体畸变,细胞微核统计分析项目的观察值资料,用最小二乘方加权回归法配线,与受照剂量之间的关系均为Y=a+bD这一模式的直线方程,且经检验a=a_0=0,实验配线通过原点(0,0)。依从于辐射剂量,在同一张制片上观察到的细胞染色体畸变与细胞微核这两类生物学指标,呈现高度的密切相关性(r=1.000)。本实验结果证明了:细胞染色体畸变和细胞微核这两类生物学指标,在机体细胞受照剂量诊断上是等效的,作为“生物剂量计”具有同样的意义和价值。综合细胞染色体畸变和细胞微核指标,在低剂量范围内,其诊断水平向下可延续到5rad左右。
In this paper, we report the experimental results of chromosomal aberration and micronucleus induced by ~ (60) Co γ-ray irradiation at low dose (0 ~ 60 rad) on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The chromosomal aberrations and the micronucleus statistical analysis items in each dose group were analyzed by using the least square method and the relation between the dose and the dose was linear equation of Y = a + bD , And tested a = a_0 = 0, the experimental wiring through the origin (0,0). Depending on the radiation dose, there was a high degree of correlation (r = 1.000) between the observed chromosomal aberrations and the cellular micronuclei on the same tablet. The results of this experiment proved that the two types of biological indicators of cell chromosome aberration and micronucleus are equivalent to the diagnostic doses of the irradiated cells in vivo and have the same meaning and value as “biological dosimeters”. Comprehensive cell chromosome aberrations and micronuclei indicators in the low-dose range, the diagnostic level down to 5rad or so.
