对影响水平连铸铜套寿命的工作面黑区进行了研究,结果表明,铜套黑区是连铸过程中,浇铸合金液易氧化元素氧化形成夹杂在铜套工作日沉积的结果,控制充型通道中的二次氧化,有利于减缓黑区的形成。
The results show that the black zone of copper sleeve is the result of the oxidation of the easily oxidized element in the casting alloy liquid during the continuous casting process and the deposition on the working day of the copper sleeve.
