目的:建立散寒药茶中丁香酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-5%甲醇溶液(50﹕50);流速lmL.min-1;检测波长225 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μL;分析方法:外标法。结果:丁香酚在159.9~799.4μg·mL-1范围内线性良好(r=0.9997),方法精密度为RSD为0.56%(n=5),平均回收率为100.55%,RSD为1.93%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、测得结果稳定重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of eugenol in stoloniferous tea. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-5% methanol solution (50:50) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 225 nm and a column temperature of 25 ° C. The injection volume was 10 μL. The analytical method : External standard method. Results: The eugenol was linear in the range of 159.9-799.4 μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9997). The precision of the method was 0.56% (n = 5) with the average recovery of 100.55% and the RSD of 1.93% = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and the result is stable and reproducible. It can be used as quality control method of the preparation.
