使用小型离心管法进行消毒剂悬液定量杀菌试验评价

目的评价小型离心管用于消毒剂悬液定量杀菌试验的实用性和可行性。方法采用规范的悬液定量杀菌试验程序,对容积2.0 ml离心管在试验中实用价值进行了评价,同时与常规试管作平行比较。结果经过对两种消毒剂杀菌试验证明,用小型离心管与常规试管在完全相同条件下进行悬液定量杀菌试验,取得完全一致的结果。但使用小型离心管操作更简单,减少工作量,更符合生物安全操作要求。结论用小型离心管进行消毒剂悬液定量杀菌试验,改进了传统的试验操作,具有良好的可行性和实用性。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and practicability of small centrifuge tubes for quantitative disinfection of disinfectant suspensions. Methods The standard suspension quantitative germicidal test program was used to evaluate the practical value of 2.0 ml centrifuge tube in the experiment, and compared with the conventional test tube. Results After sterilizing the two disinfectants, it was proved that the quantitative disinfection test of the suspension was performed under the same conditions with the small-size centrifuge tube and the conventional test tube, and the completely consistent results were obtained. However, the use of small centrifuge tube operation is more simple, reduce workload, more in line with the requirements of biosafety operations. Conclusion The small centrifuge tube disinfectant quantitative disinfection test to improve the traditional experimental operation, with good feasibility and practicality.
