以水杨酰肼和邻羧基苯甲醛为原料,合成了化合物邻羧基苯甲醛水杨酰腙(C15H12N2O4),对其进行了元素分析,IR,1HNMR表征和X射线单晶衍射结构分析.晶体属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数为:a=19.352(8),b=14.219(8),c=12.762(3),β=115.605(14)°,V=3167(3)3,Z=8,F(000)=1344,Dc=1.344Mg/m3.该化合物分子通过两个苯环间的氢键作用(N—H…O)缠绕成了一个无限双螺旋链.热重实验表明该化合物的热分解过程可分为两个阶段,第二阶段的分解峰温值为232.64℃.初步生化活性实验结果显示,该化合物对大肠杆菌具有良好的抑、抗菌活性.
The salicylic hydrazone (C15H12N2O4) was synthesized from salicyloyl hydrazide and o-carboxybenzaldehyde by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR characterization and X-ray single crystal diffraction structure analysis.The crystal is monoclinic (3) , β = 115.605 (14) °, V = 3167 (3), and the space group of C2 / c is a = 19.352 (8) , b = 14.219 3, Z = 8, F (000) = 1344, Dc = 1.344Mg / m3. The molecule of this compound is wound into an infinite double helix by the hydrogen bonding (N-H ... O) between two benzene rings. Thermogravimetry experiments showed that the thermal decomposition process of the compound was divided into two stages, the second stage decomposition peak temperature was 232.64 ° C. The preliminary biochemical activity test results show that the compound has good inhibitory and antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli.
